Pizza Lunch/Information Session on Monday -
1. Invite your friends, research groups, classmates, etc. Word of mouth is the best way to get people involved.
2. Matt Palotti will order pizza
3. Meeting will have two parts: First will be more formal, we'll talk about what the physics fair is, then Hillary, Bret, and I will talk about experiences doing this kind of thing and show off some demos. Second, we plan to let people interact with demos, brainstorm, and talk about ideas. Sign up sheet will be on hand for those ready to commit.
4. We should have sign up sheets for non-presenting volunteers (physics museum, t-shirt sales, book table)
5. Baha said there are activities for kids in the Institute of Physics newspaper. Kerry in the library has back issues. We can share these with the group.
6. Contact other physics-related groups about participating. (Sam - med physics)
7. We should set a date for a workshop - maybe early December?

General Physics Fair
1. Update webpage with pictures of guest speakers.
2. We should have a book table with professors' books, plus Dan Hooper's book. Possible book signing?
3. What does it take to get the university to issue a press release? We should write something and try to get it in the Isthmus.
4. Display cases - Baha will talk to Stewart & Outreach Committee about filling them up and possibly redesigning them.
